Modalities:

Domestic use (it cannot be exported or used in scientific research), scientific research (it cannot be sold, it can only be exported under certain conditions) or for exportation.

Entities Involved:

Ministry of Health and National Protection, INVIMA and the National Narcotics Fund (FNE).

It allows:

The cultivation of psychoactive cannabis plants, which may include planting, acquisition and seeds production, the storage, marketing, distribution and final disposal, as well as the exportation and use for medical and scientific purposes.

Modalities:

Seed production for sowing, grain production, manufacture of derivatives (which requires Cannabis Derivatives Manufacturing license), scientific purposes, storage or final disposal.

Entities Involved:

Ministry of Justice and Law.

It allows:

To advance the activities of cultivation of cannabis plants whose THC content is less than 1% in dry weight, which may include planting, acquisition and production of seeds; storage, marketing, distribution and final disposal of plants, as well as export and use for medical and scientific purposes.

Modalities:

Production of grains and seeds for sowing, manufacture of derivatives, industrial purposes, scientific purposes, storage or final disposal.
